Amanda Groover

Amanda Carol Groover, 62, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup. She was born April 24, 1961, in Waycross, Georgia to James Garland and Lottie Mae Rewis Moody and lived in Long County most of her life. Carol was a homemaker and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed arts and crafts and decorating for the holidays. Carol also enjoyed family gatherings and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, Monday, May 15, 2023, at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am, Monday, May 15, 2023, at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will be in Pigott Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
