On Friday, May 12, 2023, Angie Jacobs, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away at the age of 51 years young, after battling stage 4 Adenocarcinoma at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton. Angie was born in Vidalia, Georgia to Patricia Spikes and Richard Thompson. She was a successful insurance agent with Elite Insurance Group. Angie resided in Glennville, Georgia with her mother and son. Angie was known for her infectious smile, contagious laugh, sense of humor and her compassion for others. Angie loved the beach, Caribbean cruises, gardening and sitting on the porch sipping coffee. While she enjoyed all these activities, there was nothing she loved more than spending time with her beloved son, Joshua and being a mother. She is preceded in death by, father, Richard Thompson and step-father, Glenn Spikes.
She leaves behind a strong family that vow to carry on her life.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Monday, May 15, 2023 at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services with Rev. Logan Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Glennville Memorial Gardens.
