Angela Mcglashan

Angela Jill McGlashan, 55, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Evans Memorial Hospital. She was born February 1, 1966 to Larry McGlashan and Martha Ann Branch McGlashan and was a 1984 graduate of Glennville High School. Jill was an evangelist and a missionary that loved to sing and shout God’s praise. She read her bible and attended church as long as her health permitted. Jill loved flowers, was a daddy’s girl and a member of the Church of God Prophecy.

She is survived by, husband, Felipe Leon Yanez of Claxton; father, Larry McGlashan; mother, Martha Ann McGlashan; daughter, Christy Brock (Nick Ray), grandson, Billy Johnson; granddaughters, Serenity Johnson and Jannie Brock all of Glennville; mother-in-law, Maria Dela Paz Yanez Guiterrez; step-daughters Gariana Leon Castillo, Kayra Leon Castillo and three step-grandsons all of Mexico.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Social distancing of three feet due to Covid 19 will be enforced and masks are asked to be worn on all services.
