Ann DeLoach Crummey, 81, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Evans Memorial Hospital. She was born November 18, 1935 to O.P. "Jock" and Emily Durrence DeLoach and lived in this area all of her life. She was a member of the Glennville High School class of 1953 and a member of the 1952-1953 state basketball championship team. She was a educator in the public schools in the Tattnall County School Systems, a girls basketball coach and retired after 30 years of teaching. She was an avid reader, card player and loved to play board games. She loved spending time at the coast, where she enjoyed fishing and crabbing. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her grandchildren and loved attending all of their sporting events. She is preceded in death by her, parents; brother and sister in-law, Larry and Linda DeLoach; daughter-in-law, Cindy Driggers and a grandson, Daniel Crummey.

Seven Grandchildren, Four Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, October 2, 2017 at Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elder David Summerford officiating. Burial will follow in the church
