Annette Groover

Annette Marshburn Groover, 74, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Augusta Medical Center. She was born July 19, 1942 to Ezelle and Ossie Mae Weathers Marshburn and lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker and loved to cook for her family, gardening and fishing. She was formerly employed with Rimes Mortuary and Rimes-Stewart Mortuary. She was a member of Birdford Baptist Church and attended Glennville United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Groover; sisters, Tillie DeLoach and Martha Marshburn Guy; and brothers, Joe Wilson and James Edward Marshburn.

Brother, Gerald Marshburn of Glennville, GA

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Glennville Memorial Gardens.
