Glennville,
Annette Sikes, 81, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah. She was born June 1, 1938 to Troy and Cora Freeman Sikes and lived in this area all of her life. She was a 1956 graduate of Glennville High School and retired in 1983 from the 165th Air National Guard in Savannah. After retirement she loved spending time working on the farm with her animals and hunting. She was a member of the Georgia Farm Bureau and Savannah Association of Flying Air national Guardsmen. She was a lifelong member of Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church where she served as custodian for 25 years and a member of the Adult Sunday School Class. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Curtis, C.J. and Hymie Sikes.

Friend of 50 years, Joy Tyre of Glennville, GA
Nephew, James Sikes (Sandy) of Vidalia, GA
One sister, one brother, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, Friday, June 28, 2019 at Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am with Dr. Rick Cason officiating. Burial will be in the Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
