Barney Todd

Barney Hue Todd, 87, of Glennville, died October 31, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice Services of Statesboro. He was a resident of Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation of Glennville. He was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children. He was an avid collector of western memorabilia. He was born in Manassas, Georgia, on October 31, 1926. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna Mae (Driggers) and Ellis Brooks Todd; three brothers, Wallace Todd of Meldrim and Loran Todd and Garland Todd of Glennville; two daughters, Lynn Henderson of Ludowici and Connie Anderson of Glennville.

He is survived by

Beth Bradley of Glennville
Barbara Todd of Claxton
Special friend, Grace Rewis
Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 3, at 2 pm at Glennville City
Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Mike Jones of Pigott Branch Missionary Baptist Church.
