Barry Ray

Barry D. Ray Jr. 28, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The Tattnall County native had lived here all of his life. He was employed with Southeast Connections as a natural gas line installer and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He attended Stoney Hill Freewill Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by father, Dennis Ray; brother-in-law, Phillip DeLoach; paternal great-grandparents, Claude and Mittie Mae Ray; maternal great-grandmother, Gloria Hughes.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Harris Nix and Jerome Davis officiating. Burial will be in Stoney Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
