Betty Blocker

Betty Bland Blocker 82, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. She was born April 19, 1933 to Remer Kelly and Virginia Porter Bland and live in this area all of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker, and friend to everyone. She was a member of Bull Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by:
Husband, Kenneth Blocker of Glennville, GA
Children, Bobby Blocker (Karen) of Glennville, GA
Jana Todd (Reggie) of Claxton, GA
Joe Blocker (Karen) of Darien, GA
Seven Grandchildren, Eight great grandchildren several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery.
