Betty Kicklighter

Betty Dasher Kicklighter, 79 passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 10, 1938 to Thad and Myrtle Maddox Kicklighter and lived in this area most of her life. She was a 1957 graduate of Glennville High School and served as Glennville City Clerk. She was an entrepreneur in the real estate industry in Glennville where she and her husband owned Colonial Real Estate and Boutique. She was a loving caring mother, and grandmother known to all as Bee Bee. She was an avid bridge player loved to be at her home at the beach. Betty was a charter member and strong supporter of Cornerstone Bible Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert E. Kicklighter and son, Bob Kicklighter.

Sherry (Kyle) Durrence of Glennville, GA
Sister, Charlotte D. Howard of Savannah, GA
Joie D. Alexander of Port Orange, FL
Grandchildren, Casey Cooper, Cole Cooper, Lauren Dreggors, James Kicklighter
Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Monday, April 23, 2018 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Cornerstone Bible Church. She will be taken to the Church at 1:00 pm to lie in state. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
