Betty Thompson

Betty Driggers Thompson, 81, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Glenvue Nursing Home. The Tattnall County native had lived in Savannah most of her life moving back to Glennville several years ago. She was a homemaker and a Charter member of Calvary Baptist Church in Glennville and a current member of Landmark Baptist Church in Savannah. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Thompson.
She is survived by: Children, Bobby Thompson of Glennville
Linda Meyer of Charleston S.C.

Grandchildren, Miranda Fine and Jason Thompson Skinner

Sister in law and Brother in law, Barbara T. Sapp and Barry Thompson both of Glennville
Four Sisters, and One Brother, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, March 11, 2013 at the Graveside at Watermelon Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
