Billy Smiley Sr.

Billy J. Smiley Sr., 71 passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Hospice Savannah. The Tattnall County native had lived in Tattnall and Long Counties all of his life. He was self employed in the Forestry Industry in Reforestation and as a Farmer. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a member of Glennville First United Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah B. Smiley of Glennville
Children, Mary Ann (Steven) Abercrombie of Converse, Texas
Barbara Weitman & William Burnett of Ludowici
Patricia Robbins of Glennville
Billy J.(Liza) Smiley Jr., of Kaiserslautern, Germany
Jonathan "Bouncer" (Lisa) Smiley of Ludowici
Sister, Joyce Fennell of Glennville
Brother, Glenn R. Smiley of Savannah
Six Grandson, Three Granddaughters, Two Great Grandsons several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Glennville First United Pentecostal Church.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, February 17, 2012 at Glennville First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. James M. Holland officiating. Burial will be at Poplar Head Church Cemetery.
