Bobbie Sparks Waters, 79, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. She was born in Tombstone, Arizona October 18, 1936 to Robert and Reba Yarborough Sparks and lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was Chief Bailiff for the Tattnall County Sheriff's Office for 15 years and loved to make crafts, read, watch birds, and to be outdoors. She was a member of Glennville United Methodist Church.

Visitation will begin 12:00 noon Friday, November 6, 2015. Funeral Services will follow 2:00 pm, at the Chapel of Brannnen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. David Daus officiating. Burial will be at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
