Carolyn Dasher DeLoach

Carolyn Dasher DeLoach, 82, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah. She was born in Glennville December 16, 1940 to Carl and Dovie Dowdy Dasher and lived in Glennville all of her life.

Carolyn retired from the Glennville Bank in 2008 as assistant Vice President with 32 years of service. She was also a 1958 graduate of Glennville High School and a member of the basketball team. She was a longtime member of Harmony Church where she served as pianist for over 30 years. She was a loving caring wife, mother, grandmother and wonderful cook. She loved to fish and to be with her children and grandchildren watching them play sports, especially basketball.   She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ned F. DeLoach, brothers, R. L. Dasher and Leighton Dasher.

She is survived by children, Carla Waters (Michael), Neil DeLoach (Amber Walters) all of Glennville, Georgia

Grandchildren, Noah DeLoach, Annie Waters and Raleigh Waters, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin 11:00 AM, Monday, June, 5, 2023 at Harmony Church. Funeral Services will follow Monday at 12:00 pm at Harmony Church with Rev. Clay Loadman officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery
