Charlene Moore

Charlene Dasher Moore, 86, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at Dublinair Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dublin. She was born in Glennville on February 10, 1936 to Mr. Charlie and Mrs. Claudine Barnhill Dasher. Mrs. Moore was a graduate of the Columbus College School of Nursing and enjoyed a career as a Registered Nurse; prior to her retirement she was very active in the GIA-Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandkids and close lifelong friends. Mrs. Moore was of the Baptist faith and is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 56 years, Edward Larry Moore, siblings, Theron Dasher, Jerry Dasher and Wanda McAllister and daughters, Debra Susan Moore and Jennifer LeAnn Moore.

She is survived by:

Son, Eddie Moore (Dana) of Dublin, GA

Grandchildren, Ashley Stell (Ryan) of Raleigh, NC

LeAnn Moore of Charlotte, NC

Conner James Moore of Dublin, GA

Great-Grandchildren, Emma, Dawson, Maggie and Gray Stell

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Glennville City Cemetery.
