Charles Solomon

Charles David Solomon, 74, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022. He was born January 4, 1948 in Jesup, Georgia to Charles William and Willene Griffis Solomon and lived in this area since 2006. David was a self employed cabinet builder, loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved to help others and spend time working in his church, Lighthouse Baptist Church where he was a faithful member. David is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters, wife, Mary Jane Anderson and a grandson, Barry Ray.

He is survived by,

Children, Lisa Thomas (Daniel)
William “Bubba” Solomon (Amanda)
Raymond Solomon (Ellie) all of Glennville, Georgia

Sister-in-law, Sherry Solomon of South Carolina

Six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and several other relatives also survive.

The family will receive friends at 6:00 pm, Friday, September 2, 2022 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Memorial Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be private at a later date.
