Charles Thompson

Charles Rex Thompson, 60, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center in Statesboro. He was born February 14, 1955 in Glennville, Georgia to Montell and Doretha Blocker Thompson. He had lived in Guyton for many years and was employed in the construction industry as a painter. He was of the Baptist faith.

Children:Amanda Thompson of Ellabelle
Chase and Kimberly Thompson of Pooler
Sister:Mary Ann Helmey of Guyton
Brothers:Marvin Thompson of Bloomingdale
Junior Thompson of Guyton
Grandson:Jacob Tucker and several other relative also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Friday, March 27, 2015 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville. Memorial funeral services will follow at 6:00 pm at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
