Claudine Sands

Claudine Ray Sands, 89, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 at Glenvue Nursing Home. She was born October 30, 1921 to Elabe and Anna Brannen Ray in Tattnall County and had lived in Glennville all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Loves Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Prentice Sands, son in law, Denny Thompson, sisters, Veda Mae Driggers Burkhalter and Grace Ray
She is survived by, Children, Aubrey & Georgia Sands of Lyons
Kathleen &Theron Thompson of Glennville
Patsy & Larry Davis of Richmond Hill
Pandy Thompson of Townsend
8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Monday, December 27, 2010 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Loves Chapel Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Jim Bowen and Elder W.H. Durrence officiating. Burial will be in Loves Chapel Church Cemetery.
