Cynthia Kay Adams Spruill

Cynthia Kay Adams Spruill, 44, passed away at her residence on January 26, 2024. She was born on October 26, 1979, in Statesboro, Georgia, to Nathan Wayne Adams and Cynthia Gicas. She was a 1998 graduate of Tattnall County High School. 

Cynthia was a woman who valued impressions and always took pride in her appearance. A stickler about her hair and makeup, she would never leave the house without making sure everything was immaculate. She also loved music and photography, which helped her capture moments she held dearly. Cynthia liked poetry and the beach where she could work on her tan. Cynthia's vibrant personality matched her stunning beauty. She was full of life, vivacious, and had an infectious laughter that could brighten up any room she walked into.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Children, Alexis Blanton (Trey) of Reidsville, Georgia
Tommy Spruill and Olivia Spruill of West Virginia

Siblings, Brandy Foskey of Claxton, Georgia
Barbie Adams of Vidalia, Georgia

Several other cousins and relative also survive.
