Dean Waters, 55, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Evans Memorial Hospital. He was the former owner-operator of Glenwanis Service Station, self-employed in the air conditioning business, and was currently employed with Waters Mechanical. He had lived in this area all of his life and was a member of Poplar Head Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by parents, Harold and Earldyen Waters, grandparents, Tommy and Dorothy Kirkland, and sons, Chris Dubberly and Justin Waters.
He is survived by:
Wife, Susan Waters of Reidsville
Children, Brandon Waters of Glennville
Dustin Waters of Atlanta
Brother, Hal (Shirley) Waters of Glennville
Grandchildren, Bailey & Braden Waters
Several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 3:30 pm, Sunday, at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 4:30 pm, at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Ray and Rev. Rick Jones officiating. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
