Glennville,
Donald O. Harrell, 93, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta. He was born in Glennville August 12, 1926 to James Otis and Gladys Cranford Harrell and lived in Glennville all of his life. He was a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran, retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart, a farmer, owned and operated Harrell’s Wrecking and Salvage Company for many years. He was a member of Glennville VFW Post 8379, American Legion Post 95, and a member of Glennville United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elizabeth Harrell; sisters, Linda Futch, Gwen Waters and a great grandson, Ruben Hendrix.
He is survived by:

Siblings, Elton Harrell (Patsy) of Glennville, GA
Janice Cason of Moorehead City, NC
Grandchildren, Rafe Waters (Dana), Shanna Waters, Jennifer Grooms (Jeremy)
Five Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin 5:00 pm, Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Monday, November 18, 2019 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Cason and Rev. Jim Morrow officiating. Burial will follow in Glennville City Cemetery.
