Doretha Thompson

Doretha Blocker Thompson, 88, passed away Monday, August 25, 2014 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. She was born in Glennville and lived in Savannah and Guyton for many years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Senior Citizens of Springfield. She is preceded in death by her husband, Montell Thompson.

Rex Thompson of Guyton
Eight Grandchildren, Seven Great- Grandchildren, Eleven Great-Great Grandchildren
Visitation will begin at 1:00pm Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm Thursday in the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Beards Creek Church Cemetery.
