Douglas Neitzke

Douglas H. Neitzke, 59, of Metter, GA, passed away on Monday morning, October 15, 2018 at Pleasant View Nursing Center in Metter.

Doug was born on February 11, 1959 in Winona, Minnesota. He is a 1977 graduate of Winona Senior High School, and attended Western Wisconsin Technical College in La Crosse where he learned the printing trade. Doug was a talented musician and percussionist who especially enjoyed playing the drums.

Doug is survived by his parents, Harry and Lois Neitzke of Winona; brothers Gary Neitzke (Gail) of Suwanee, GA and Russ Neitzke (Michelle) of La Crescent, MN.

A private graveside memorial service at Woodlawn Cemetery will be held for immediate family. On Saturday, November 10, 2018, friends and family are invited to attend a luncheon at the Winona American Legion Post 9 starting at noon.
