Edna Riggs

Reidsville,
Edna M. Riggs, 93, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 at Serenity Place Hospice inpatient center in Dublin. She was born in Toombs County April 1, 1921 and lived in Reidsville most of her life. Ms. Edna was a faithful member of Pineview Baptist Church and loved children, her dog, Bobo, and being outdoors, especially raking her yards. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Riggs.

She is survived by,Brother: Aldon Snow

Niece: Joyce Youmans

Nephews: Robert Snow, Jimmy Snow, Danny Snow, Jesse Snow

Special Friend: Bobo, her dog

Several Great Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Reidsville. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Monday, May 19, 2014 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Reidsville with Rev. Gregg Usry and Rev. Jesse Browning officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Church Cemetery.
