Ethel Faircloth

Glennville,
Ethel Scarborough Faircloth, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was born in Pierce County, Georgia October 18, 1923 to James E. and Sarah Coleman Scarborough and lived in Eastman for several years and Glennville most of her life. She was a longtime member of the Glennville United Methodist Church and worked with teens of the M.Y.F. She was a dedicated wife, mother and member of the Glennville Garden Club. She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, James H. Faircloth, Son, Devin L. Faircloth, brothers, Walter, Robert and Ira Scarborough.
She is survived by, Goddaughter, Carlee McLeod of Reidsville
Adopted Children, Ronnie and Lynn McLeod of Reidsville
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm, at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. John Haney officiating. Burial will be in the Glennville City Cemetery.
