Frances Smith

Metter- Mrs. Frances Lena Rigdon Webb Smith, 85 died early Monday morning December 24, 2012 at Candler County Hospital. She was a native of Candler County and lived in Florida for several years before returning to Metter in 2007. She enjoyed visiting with friends and family, and writing on her note-pad. Mrs. Smith is predeceased by her Parents Arley Thomas Rigdon and Lena McGowan Rigdon, Husbands Thurmon Webb and Jack Smith, Son Danny Webb, Grandchildren Danny Webb Jr, and Danielle Bell, Brothers Donald and Jerry Rigdon.

She is survived by her Daughter Betty (Joe) Graham of Seneca, South Carolina, Sister Joyce Faircloth of Metter, Georgia, 2 Grandchildren, and Four Great-Grandsons.

Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, with services following at 3:00pm on Wednesday December 26, 2012 with the Rev. Royce Mosley officiating; at the Metter Chapel of Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes.

Burial will follow at Rosemary Church Cemetery in Metter.
