Geraldine Lee Standard, 75, died Monday, August 1, 2011 at Glenvue Nursing Home. The Tattnall County native had lived in Savannah, Augusta and Atlanta for many years, moving back to Glennville in 1993 after retiring from American Mutual Insurance Company. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was a wonderful wife and mother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Edgar and Lavonna Branch Lee; two brothers, Larry Lee and Robert Lee.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, August 4, 2011 from the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Oscar Rowe, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Elton Harrell, Charles Brock, Don Kicklighter, Thomas Kicklighter, Stephen Jarvis, Bill Lee.
