Gloria Frances Flowers

Gloria Frances Anderson Flowers, a devoted homemaker, passed away on August 5, 2024, under the care of Hospice of South Georgia, at the age of 58. She was born on January 30, 1966, in Jesup, GA, to her loving parents James Alvin and Frances Johnson Anderson and lived there all of her life.

Gloria, known for her kind and caring nature, dedicated her life to creating a warm and loving home for her family. Her cooking skills were unparalleled, and she took great joy in preparing meals for her loved ones. Fishing and taking care of her beloved dogs brought her immense happiness and contentment.

She was a member of Pigott Branch Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Barry Flowers.

She is survived by:

Siblings, James Edwin Anderson, Sr. (Brenda) of Jesup, Georgia
Allene Needham of Odom, Georgia

Nieces and Nephews, Ashlyn Needam, James Edwin Anderson, Jr. (Jenna), Erika Cazares (Josh)

Several great nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, August 15, 2024, at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
