Henry Mock

Sgt First Class (Ret) Henry A. Mock, 72, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Ogeechee Area Hospice inpatient center. He was born February 18, 1943 to H. Grady and Ora Belle Odom Mock in Long County, GA and lived most of his life in Tattnall County. He was a U.S Army Veteran, retiring from Georgia National Guard MATES at Fort Stewart after 29 years of service. He was a member of Glennville Free Will Baptist Church where he served as Trustee, School Board member and worked with Children's Church. He enjoyed fishing, genealogy and woodworking.
He is preceded in death by his parents, H. Grady and Ora Belle Odom Mock, and a brother, Norman D. Mock.

Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm, Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 pm, Sunday at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ebenezer Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors.
