Hugh Lynn

Metter- Hugh "Doc" Lamar Lynn 79, of Metter died November 21, 2012 at Candler County Hospital. The Lowndes County native had lived in Metter since May of this year. Mr. Lynn was a Navy veteran who served in the Korean War, and was a retired DJ in the music industry. He is predeceased by his Parents Ike and Ora Lynn, and Wife Gladys Brandt.

Surviving are Cousin Chris Archambeault and Family of Metter, Ga. and Grandson Steven Voight of St. Mary's Ga.

Graveside services will be conducted January 5, 2013 at the Palmetto Cemetery in Brunswick by family members.

Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel is in charge of the local arrangements.
