Inez Hadden Youmans

Stillmore- Mrs. Inez Hadden Youmans 80, of Stillmore died Sunday morning at Candler Hospital in Savannah after a brief illness. She was a lifelong resident of Emanuel County, and was of the Holiness Faith. She was a homemaker, loving mother and wife. She is preceded in death by her parents Elisha and Annie Hudson Hadden, children Roy Lee and Madie Lee Youmans; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Mrs. Youmans is survived by her husband of 65 years, J.W. "Nookie" Youmans of Stillmore; sons James (Susan) Youmans of Stillmore, Randy (Karen) Youmans of Swainsboro, Kenny (Sara) Youmans of Metter. Daughters Margaret Jones, Linda (Lester) Kingery, and Nancy (Donnie) Slater all of Stillmore. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Tuesday January 6, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Metter Chapel of Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday January 7, 2015 at 1:00pm at Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel, with the Rev. George Archer officiating, and eulogist Robert Beckum.

Burial will follow at the Youmans cemetery in Emanuel County.

Pallbearers: Jimmy "Jimbo"Akridge, Devin Jones, Kyle Jones, Roy Jones, Chad Kingery, Dustin Lewis, Jamie Riner, and Tyler Youmans.
