Irvin Moody Sr.

Irvin Waldo "Doey" Moody Sr., 77, passed away, Friday, January 3, 2014 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He was born in Long County Georgia February 18, 1936 to James Irvin and Kate Johnson Moody and lived in this area all of his life. He was a painter in the construction industry, an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of Pigott Branch Baptist Church.

Charles (Christina) Moody of Ludowici, GA

Adopted Son, John Smith of Ludowici, GA
Thirteen Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, January 6, 2014 at Pigott Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Pigott Branch Church Cemetery.
