Janet Dutton Pirkle, 78, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020 at her residence under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice and surrounded by her family. She was born October 16, 1941 to Mandell and Avis Bacon Dutton and has lived in this area all of her life. Janet was a dedicated lifetime member of Harmony United Methodist Church, a member of the Sunshine Sunday School class, a member of the Ladies Circle, a member of the choir, and was the director of the choir for over 40 years.
