Jean Odom

Jean Warnock Odom, 80 passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Griffin House in Claxton. She was born in Baxley, November 11, 1933 and lived in Mitchell County many years before moving to Glennville in 1953. She was retired from the Tattnall County School system where she was a Home Economics Teacher. She was a member of the Tattnall County retired teachers association and the Glennville First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Odom.
She is survived by, Children, John (Karen) Odom of Tallahassee, FL.
Joe (Patti) Odom of Glennville
Jeff (Kelly) Odom of Glennville
Sister, Annie Jenkins of Albany

Six Grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Monday, May 12, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Glennville First Baptist Church with Rev. Quentin McArthur officiating. Burial will be in the Glennville City Cemetery.
