Jeffery Bruner

Excelsior community Jeffery Paul Bruner, 47, died Tuesday evening at Ogeechee Area Hospice after an extended illness. He attended many work shop programs for special children. He had lived in the Excelsior area for the past 22 years and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving, Father, Clyde (Ginny) Bruner of Excelsior, Mother, Marjorie Holton Hatcher of Savannah. Brothers, Keith (Kellie) Bruner, Glen Bruner, Chris (Kevin) Bruner all of Excelsior. Special care giver Roy "Buzz" Highlander of Metter.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 25, 2012, 11:00 am at the Excelsior Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in the Lake Church Cemetery in Metter.
