Jesse Durrence

Jessie "Jay" Durrence, 55, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center. Jay was born October 20, 1957 and is survived by Parents, Jesse and Lenette Durrence of Glennville, and Sister, Susan Durrence of Asheville, NC. Jay worked for many years with the DeKalb County Board of Education as a custodian, and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. His hobbies included photography and multi-media art. Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Glennville City Cemetery. Family requests that remembrances be made to the Ogeechee Area Hospice in lieu of flowers
