She most loved working with children, though, and in the early 1960s founded the kindergarten at Arlington Baptist Church in Jacksonville and later operated a day care in her home for many years.

Services will be held at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville, GA, on Saturday, January 11. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., with the service following at 11:00 a.m. Grandson Rev. Gerald Wollitz, will conduct the services. Jason Wollitz and Karissa Placek will also speak.
