Jimmy Love

Jimmy M. Love, 77, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Savannah, GA. He was born April 26, 1941 to Jack M. and Mildred Yeomans Love. He was employed with Bechtel Corporation as a Construction Engineer working in many countries world wide in the nuclear construction industry. He was a nuclear power pipe consultant with Hyundai Corporation in Korea and was a life member of plumbers, pipe fitters and steam fitters union #188 in Savannah. He was a master at Diametric Welding where he was an instructor for many years teaching students in many countries around the world. He was a pilot, loved to sail and could build anything, a loving caring father, grandfather, great grandfather and to be with his family and friends teaching and telling stories. He was a member of Landrum # 48, F&AM Masonic Lodge in Savannah.

Susan Carter (Laney) of Pooler, Georgia
Kevin Love (Shelia) of San Antonio, Texas
Sister, Sarah Vaughn of Conyers, Georgia
Brother, Jack M. Love, Jr., (Candy) of Savannah, Georgia
Thirteen Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Friday, July 6, 2018 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Loves Chapel Church Cemetery.
