Johnny Thomas Sapp, 66, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He was born October 16, 1956, to Bertha Mae and Clifford Sapp, Sr and has lived here all of his life. Johnny was co-owner of Tattnall Roofing for 40 years and currently employed with Fries Farms for the last 10 years. He loved to hunt, fish, be outdoors, watch NASCAR and football. Johnny enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and was a member of Poplar Head Missionary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Roland Sapp, Linda DeLoach, Brenda Baggett and Patty Griffin.

Children, April Blocker (Jeffrey) of Glennville, Georgia
John Sapp of Glennville, Georgia
Katlin Maxi (Trey) of Huntsville, Alabama
David Sapp of Glennville, Georgia

Cathy Blocker (Bobby) all of Glennville, Georgia
Six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 14, 2023, at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, April 14, 2023, at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Poplar Head Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
