Joni Digirolamo

Joni Marie Digirolamo, age 64 of Metter formerly of Jamestown, New York, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Digirolamo moved to Metter two and half years ago to be closer to her family. She was born on May 30, 1953 to Mr. Samuel and Mrs. Eleanor Digirolamo in Jamestown, New York. She retired from New York State Health, were she worked for many years, and she was of the Christian Faith. In her spare time she loved shopping, making pottery, painting, and taking care of her dogs.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor Digirolamo and a brother, Samuel Digirolamo Jr.
She is survived by her father, Samuel Digirolamo Sr. of Jamestown, N.Y.; a niece and care giver, Andrea "Binky" (Logan) Martino of Metter, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Mark (Beth) Digirolamo of Panama, N.Y. and Michael Digirolamo of Kernersville, N.C.; sister-in-law, Lisa Digirolamo of Metter, GA.; special cousin, Sharon Pardy, 4 nieces, 5 nephews, 4 great nieces and 6 great nephews also survive.
