Judy Sapp Tippins, 88, passed away Sunday, December 05, 2021 at her daughter’s residence surrounded by her family and under the care of GHC Hospice. She was born in Glennville, Georgia April 5, 1933 to Hazel and Evelyn Kicklighter Sapp and lived in Glennville and Hinesville most of her life. She was retired from the Hinesville First Baptist Church as Church Secretary after 25 years of service. She loved to Bowl, Play Bridge with her ladies group, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Hinesville First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Zeb Vance Parker, Jr., Ronald H. Tippins, brother, Jerry Sapp.
She is survived by; daughter, Linda P. Ward of Hinesville, Georgia
Grandchildren, Hope Middleton (Harry) of Hinesville, Georgia
Dennis Ward (Janice) of Statesboro, Georgia
Great Grandchildren, Tanner Middleton, Parker and Levi Ward
Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville, Georgia. Graveside Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Reidsville, Georgia.
