Larry Baker

Larry Baker, 54, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Optim Medical Center. He was born August 21, 1960 to James D. "J.D" and Marcelyn Knight Baker and lived in this area all of his life. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to farm with his John Deere tractor and was also a poultry farmer. He loved spending time with his family and his granddaughter. He was of the Primitive Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lex and Leon Baker.

Sons:Daniel(Addy) Baker of Uvalda, and Dustin Baker (Sierrah Justice) of Glennville
Sister:Libby(Carlos)Reeves Glennville
Mother of his children: Rhonda Baker of Glennville
Granddaughter: Tilly Elizabeth Baker
Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Elder Tom Sollosi officiating. Burial will be in Bay Branch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
