Larry Dean Stanfield, 72 passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family and under the care of Bethany Hospice. Larry was born May 17, 1949 to James E. and Vina Lee Morgan Stanfield and had lived here all of his life. He was a US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam and was owner and operator of Larry’s Trucking and Logging. Larry was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was of the Baptist faith and is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Juanita Stanfield and Charlotte Speer Long.

Felicia Stanfield (Donnie) of Glennville, Georgia
Larson Stanfield (Shae) of Glennville, Georgia
Siblings, Ernest Stanfield (Linda) of Glennville, Georgia
Jeanette Kicklighter of Shellman Bluff, Georgia
JoNell Herrin of Glennville, Georgia
K-9 Companion, Roland “RuRu”
Five grandchildren, One Great Grandchild, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Stanfield Family Cemetery.
Social distancing of three feet due to Covid 19 will be enforced and masks are asked to be worn on all services.
