Leland Sands

Leland Wayne Sands, 63 passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Glenvue Health and Rehab. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville most of his life. He was retired from Georgia Department of Transportation Glennville Shop as a Mechanic. He loved drag racing hunting and fishing and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
He is survived by, Wife, Nancy Sands of Glennville, GA
Children, Melinda (Stacy) Johnson of Glennville, GA
Lee Sands and Crystal Whigham of Glennville, GA
Grandchildren, Macy Johnson, Tyler Sands, several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm, Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 pm, at the chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Long and Chris Conley officiating. Burial will be in Grace Baptist Church Cemetery.
