Lendon Tootle

Lendon Columbus "L.C." Tootle, 94, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Meadows Regional Medical Center. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville and Toombs County all of his life. He was a Farmer most of his life and a member of Providence Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Carroll Darnell.
He is survived by, wife, Lois Tootle of Lyons
Daughter, Loretta T. Zezulaak of Jacksonville, Florida
Son, Lendon C. Tootle of Prosperity, South Carolina
Three Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Watermelon Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Taylor Merritt officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service at the church.
