Lester Baxley

Eugene "Gene" Baxley,76, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 8, 2013 doing what he loved, serving others. The North Carolina native had lived in Glennville since 1976. He was retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was employed with Clyde's Markets for many years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by Parents, 5 Brothers, and sons, Christopher Baxley and Paul Baxley,
He is survived by, Children, Gina and Jeff Wise of Seabrook Texas
Jill Baxley of Glennville
Ronnie and Angela Anderson of Glennville

Grandchildren, Justin Ebaugh, Colton Cantrell, Tanner Burrell, John and Nicole Cox, Shae Anderson
Great Grandchildren, Chelsea Dasher, Katie and Chole Cox
Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Monday, March 11, 2013 a Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery with Military Honors.
