Lilla Mae Proctor Mobley, 79, died Monday, June 29, 2015 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. She was born in Glennville on July 17, 1935 to Rufus Proctor and Ruby Watson Proctor and lived in this area all of her life. She worked for 46 years with the National Association of State Department of Agriculture and awarded the NASDA Enumerator of the Year (nationwide) in 2007. She was a member of Restoration Pointe Church of God.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thurman O. Mobley.

2 Grandchildren: Marcia Coley (Chris) of Claxton and Ashley Waters of Glennville
3 Great-Grandchildren:Jacob Hendrix, Carsyn Coley and Caedyn Coley
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Horne, Rev. Mourice Floyd and Rev. Sam Wilder officiating. Burial will be Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Danny Terrell, Chris Coley, Wayne Terrell, Allen Waters, Ashley Waters and Jack Hendrix.
