Lillen Griffin Banks, 73, died Wednesday, November 10, 2010, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. The Tattnall County native had lived in this area most of her life. She was retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart and a member of the Glennville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking, quilting, and gardening.

Children:Ricky E. Banks and Kenneth E. Patterson of Glennville
And Pam Griner (Mitch) of Marietta
Grandson:Matthew Keppley
Sister:Shirley White (Gerald) of Lyons
Brother:W.S. (Sam) Griffin (Catherine) of Savannah
Sisters-in-Law:Peggy Griffin of Savannah
Myrtle Jo Griffin of Ellabelle
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
