Lourene Crosby

Lourene Kickighter Crosby, 88, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at Lynn Haven Nursing Home in Gray Georgia. She was born in Ware County Georgia, June 3, 1926 to Dennis and Martha Sheffield Kicklighter. She lived in Miami, Florida for many years moving to Reidsville in the late 1970's. She was employed at Stewarts IGA for many years in the Deli. She was a loving, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was a faithful member of Reidsville Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, John W. Crosby, son, Richard Phillips.

Son and daughter in law, Michael & Kim Phillips of Gray, GA
Sister, Pat Knight
Eight grandchildren, Twelve great grandchildren, Two great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Reidsville. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, June 30, 2014 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Reidsville. Burial will be in Loves Chapel Church Cemetery.
