Madera Moody

Madera Folsom Moody, 85 passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Evans Memorial Hospital. She was born in Glennville, September 27, 1928 to James Oren and Essel Nobles Folsom and lived here all of her life. She was retired from the Tattnall County School System as a Food Service Supervisor. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and enjoyed cooking for her family and working in her flower garden. She was a member of Ebenezer Freewill Baptist Church and preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lamont Moody, brother, Gene Folsom, Sister, Mildred Long
She is survived by, Children, Diane Moody of Glennville
Patty Mann of McDonough
Brother, Harold Folsom of Glennville
Sister, Shirley Caison of Ludowici
Grandchildren, Patrick Hall and Kristen Moody
Great Grandson, Folsom Pound
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will began at 5:00 pm, Monday, March 3, 2014 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Cason officiating. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
